  • For successful resolution a few necessary prerequisites and steps are required.

    1. Both parties need to genuinely being open to resolution.

    2. Being open to understanding yourself & the other party better, and willing to accept responsibility for what you knowingly or unknowingly have done or are doing to contribute to the problem is step 2.

    3. Whilst knowledge is powerful, sometimes it’s not enough to create change at the level it’s wanted or needed. 

    Creating change in mental and emotional patterns of thinking and behaving will enable you to handle yourself & others in a more constructive way now and in the future. This process is step 3.

    Working together I help each party uncovering the true source of their frustrations, anger and disappointments so they can understand them self & the other party better & break the circuit on any stubborn blame or feelings of hurt & being victimised.

    When you understand the common underlying causes of conflict amongst people, it’s so much easier to see how a situation that requires resolution has arisen.
